Every unit incorporates accessibility-focused layouts, enhanced safety features tailored for elderly care and risk reduction, and intentionally minimized square footage—ranging from 400 to 650 square feet—to promote comfortable minimalism and convenience-centric living. Sustainability is a key priority, with environmentally conscious materials and fixtures integrated throughout each home.
